Should you upgrade to the Google Pixel Watch 3?

There aren't many options in the Wear OS landscape, so with Google releasing something new, it begs the question of whether you should upgrade to the Pixel Watch 3. There's a lot to like here, but the reality is, all of the new features might not be useful for everyone.
